I’m Stacie, a 30 year old accountant from Cambridge, UK.
Travel is a big part of my life, after a trip to Australia in 2013 travelling the Great Ocean Road in a camper van made me realise I wanted more than beach holidays. Over the past few years I’ve been lucky enough to visit Croatia, Czech Republic, New York, Malaysian Borneo and Singapore but my heart lies in Africa.
My first trip to South Africa in 2016 sparked a love for the continent, I’ve so far been lucky enough to have visited South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe and have trips to Kenya and Uganda planned for 2020. I’m a nature geek so the animals were what first drew me in but there is something about the dusty roads, the sounds of the bush and the incredible people that keeps calling me back.
Cape Town, South Africa
As I work full time as an accountant I have to fit trips into my annual leave but I try to make the most of the time I get off.
When I’m not planning my next trip I can be found down the stables with my horse, binging shows on Netflix or eating food with friends.
